Why can't I draw?
You will be unable to draw until the "log" is received successfully. Do not use the chat box before the log finishes loading, otherwise the log will likely freeze and you will be unable to draw.
If the log freezes while loading RESTART YOUR BROWSER before refreshing paintchat.


Why do I keep getting disconnected and unable to see other people drawing ?
It could be a connection issue, however most of the time it's because Java doesn't have enough memory. If you find yourself getting disconnected frequently, try the following (for PCs only, THANKS TO HANYO FOR PROVIDING THESE WISE TIPS )  :

-open control panel
-click java
-click java tab
-click java applet runtime settings view button
-under the java runtime parameters type the following (copy and paste) :
java -Xms128m -Xmx128m
-apply settings and restart browser

The other possibility is that you didn't pray to Collins and got kicked/banned.
